Below you will find some of the most common questions we receive along with their answers. If you have a question that you do not see below, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to answer it.
Do I need to register to view, print, email or share offers?
No. Membership or registration is not required to view, print, email, share or redeem our Local Offers. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy the savings from our advertisers.
How do I find local offers?
Go to the homepage and click on “Local Offers”; you will then see all offers. You can search a specific location by clicking the down arrow and choosing a location and you can search by category by clicking the down arrow and choosing a specific category. Then, click the GO button and your chosen Local Offers will come up in the window. You can then scroll up or down to find the offer you are looking to print, share or redeem.
How do I print offers or redeem offers on-the-go?
On each offer you will see the print icon under the offer card. Click it once and it will bring up the print window with the offer card you would like to print. Press the print key and it will print to your selected printer.
To redeem an offers on-the-go; simply pull the offer up on your mobile device and show it to the merchant on your smartphone.
How do I email offers to a friend?
On each offer you will see the email icon under the offer card. Click it once and it will bring up the email window. Click email and enter the name and email address of the person you would like to email and click send.
How do I share offers via social media?
On each offer you will see the social media icons under the offer card. Select the social media platform that you would like to share the offer on and click it once. You will then be taken to the social media platform you chose to enter your credentials. Once entered, you now can share the offer on that platform.
Why are there no offers in my area?
There are areas that we have not established business in at this time. We are looking to add areas as we grow and expand. Check back frequently to see if we have opened your area. If you need more help, send an email to email@example.com.
How often do the offers change?
The offers can change at anytime, however, we are always adding new offers. Please check back with us to see new offers in your area.
My favorite store or service is not online. How can I help?
If there is a business you would like to see in Yapabook, click on Contact Us at the top of the page to provide us the business name and location and we will see how we can get them involved.
How many times can I redeem my offers?
Each offer card has an offer disclaimer whether in print, online or mobile. The offer always has an expiration date and redemption is always up to the merchant/advertiser.
